Founded in the Eastern Cape, Dukar was established after identifying a significant but largely overlooked trend taking place across South Africa's rural communities.

Thousands of South Africans continue investing substantial resources into building homes, preserving family legacies, and creating assets on ancestral land. Yet despite this growing investment, many property owners still face challenges that delay or prevent successful project completion.

Dukar was created to bridge this gap.
