Born and raised in the rural village of Qibira near Middledrift in the Qonce region of the Eastern Cape, Lusanda Ngwenda founded Dukar Rural Property Solutions after observing a significant but largely overlooked transformation taking place across South Africa's rural communities.
Over many years, he witnessed thousands of families investing substantial resources into building homes and creating family assets on ancestral land while facing significant challenges that often delayed or prevented project completion.
These observations inspired the creation of Dukar.
His vision is to build South Africa's leading Rural Property Development Ecosystem by connecting urban investment to rural development.
Lusanda believes rural property development has the potential to become one of South Africa's most important drivers of economic growth, wealth creation, community development, and intergenerational prosperity.
